Adding another character to the same picture doubles the price

In special cases (i.e big order) cost of adding another character may decrease

Detailed character cost extra

Depending on amount of details costs of detailed character can be 15% or 40% of base price

Below are examples of in order: no additional cost design, 15% fee design and 40% fee design. Keep in mind those are only visual guidance. I always judge designs on its own

Additional backgrounds cost extra, depending on complexity and commission style

I will judge them by my preferences and skills too (for example, nature backgrounds will generally cost less, because they are easier for me to draw than, for example fully decorated rooms)

Rush fee: added if deadline is less than 3 months ahead

Revision fee: if commissioner wants more revisions that its provided for free

Commercial fee: if artwork is for commercial purposes

These rules can be changed without notice, always make sure to read them all before commissioning

It is commissioner's obligation to read the terms. If any part is unclear, you can ask me for clarification.

All correspondence with commissioner will be made in English. I don't take responsibility for problems and misunderstandings caused by commissioner's unacquaintance with this language

Please be kind, don't be rude or disrespectful towards me. Any mean behavior will not be tolerated

Provide neat and colored references. I won't be working with descriptions without any images

All prices listed are base prices. Final price may be higher depending on complexity of commission and additional fees. Comissioner will always be notified about extra fee

I will not read any walls of text about your character. If your character's backstory HAS an influence on character's design, tell me directly while commissioning

Make sure to check if references provided are clear and consistent. If they will differ by details and I am not given guidance about which to use, I will draw them with my own interpretation. Also keep in mind that some art styles have elements that may be mistaken for parts of design, and vice versa

You are only purchasing a digital file

Forms send via comments won't be accepted. Please use my email: [email protected]

Correspondence will be stored in case of any misunderstanding. It will be kept private, not posted anywhere online.

Be sure to look through my gallery before requesting anything to have overall perception of my skills and style

My art style may change overtime, I can use new techniques that will make picture look a little different than examples of my commissions

Keep comunicating. Reply to my messages as soon as you can and always give me a heads-up if you will be unreachable. Being non-responding slows down my whole drawing process and may result in your commission being cancelled

I have the right to decline your commision if I'm not feeling comfortable with drawing it

If I have a lot of orders you will be placed on the waiting list.

If I contact you when you are on the waiting list you have 3 days to answer. If you fail to do that you are moved to the bottom of the waiting list. If you fail to reply the second time, you are removed from the list

I will request payment before I start working on your commission

I will send you the sketch asking for any changes. When you accept it, I'll proceed with your comission

The time for completing your commission can take from few days to three months. I will notify you if I won't be able to finish your commission in that time

Any deadlines needs to be discussed before I start working on the commission. Otherwise I have full right to not met the deadline

If deadline is less than 3 months ahead, there may be a rush fee, depending on size of the order and amount of commissions I already have

I'll send you finished piece in full resolution, and a smaller copy of it in jpg format via message with download link or email

Please save the picture after receving it. I will clean my files in the future and you won't be able to download it again

You can use it as decoration, avatar or upload to your character galleries and your social media (using small watermarked copy and with credit to me)

I accept PayPal and DeviantArt points (some exceptions may apply)

Do not send me any payment until I ask you to do so

PayPal payments will be acepted only in USD unless I state otherwise

Payment must be made from your PayPal account. Do not use other person's account even with their permission

I won't start until I receive at least half of the price

If you wish, you can pay me half upfront and then pay me the rest after I send you the sketch

Payment will be requested via PayPal invoice unless I state otherwise

If you fail to pay me within 48 hours, your commission gets immediately cancelled

If you wish to give me a tip, you can do it in invoice. Do not send extra money as a tip in any other way!

You can cancel and change your order completely at any time while you're still on the waitlist. After that, canceling is only possible if I didn't start the sketch

If for some reason you'd like to cancel your commission when I already started, you may ask me for refund. Refund depends on how much of the drawing I had completed

After I reach the shading stage, there are no refunds

You can request WIP's at any stage of the process, however WIPs will only be sent upon commissioner's request

It's your responsibility to inform me about any mistakes and changes after receiving the WIP. If you won't answer within 3 days I will assume that everything is alright and proceed with commission. Mistakes that were visible in the WIP that weren't corrected by you right after receiving the WIP no longer will be fixed free of charge

If commissioner requests it, I may provide transparent version of the artwork (with few exceptions)

At the sketch phase I can change almost everything, but do not force me to draw entirely new sketch for you and be clear with your wishes at the beginning. Change of outfit/minor change in pose/expression is ok

You can request few thumbnails first if you want to have more options to choose from (those won't be full sketches). Please note that this will slow down the process and may be charged extra if you will keep asking me for new ones

After I finish the commission any minor changes like color adjustments, adding a detail can be done for free. Also mistakes made because of my misunderstanding are free of charge. However I will only do one round of those fixes for free so make sure to point them out at once.

Any big changes like outfit change, pose change and everything that makes me redrawing part of picture completely come with a fee

Changes are no longer free if reference you provided me was unclear, or references weren't consistent. Same with commissions based on real life pictures

Do not hesitate to tell me if something bothers you in the picture. I want you to be 100% happy with your commission

I won't redraw picture completely under any circumstances. If you insist to redraw it completely, I'll charge it as another commission

I, as the artist, hold every right to the art. I can promote myself with it and post it anywhere I want (mentioning you as a commissioner as well as owner(s) of the characters). I won't sell commissioned art and make merchandise of it for sale

You, as a commissioner, can repost the art on other social sites with credit to me as the artist and link to any of my active social media

Please, if reposting anywhere, do not use the big resolution file. Instead use smaller copy provided by me

By default all commissions are for private use which means you cannot use commissioned art to gain any profit (with exception of selling owned character and adding value of commission to the price)

You can however print and make merchandise as long as it's for your personal use and not for sale

Prices for commercial use of artwork are as below:

2x If art is not the bulk of the product (promotional materials, game assets, social media artwork, etc)

3x if art is the bulk of the product (any marchandise: postcards, stickers, badges, etc. )
